New hires. I'm gonna be their technical lead (like a supervisor who is more experienced and can answer questions about the work), but right now I'm lead for an older team doing busy work junk that doesn't generate many questions because it's not very difficult until the new hires get out of training. So, right now I spend a lot of time rereading procedures to refresh myself on the details, which is fine but boring. Two weeks ago I was super busy and working like 10 hrs, so I'm not complaining too much.
