I've been feeling a lot better this afternoon compared to yesterday, so I'm hoping I'm actually getting 'better' better and that I won't relapse.

My mom is super paranoid and I'm a little too. Her neighbor (and I guess my neighbor before I moved out) died this past weekend from the flu/pneumonia. He was only 61. So I'm being extra cautious now.
