My guilty pleasure food is probably ice cream. I eat far too much crap but ice cream is one of the foods I drew a line in the sand about because it's just terrible for me and I always gain weight when I eat it (and unlike chocolate, I feel I can live without it.)

My guilty pleasure tv show has for a long time been Hercules the legendary journeys. I've rewatched it several times over the years and never tell anyone I'm a fan. Even more blasphemous is I like it more then Xena (there was a time where I thought Xena was better, but killing off the gods and the time skip were things I could never forgive the show for, so I rarely go back and watch it.)
