I missed my only chance to get senpai to notice me... ;_;

The self mockery is hopefully visible but I have a dilemma. There's this BNF, let's call him, I don't ever know if I'm using that right but he was on a forum I joined, and he hadn't posted in years except then he dropped in, for a little bit, only a week after I joined! I could so easily have been there! And now when I go I feel the delusional hope of seeing him again instead of doing what I want to do there which is normal forum things, talk about stuff and make friends, and other things like that. What do I do to want to do what I wanted to do before? I feel flighty and shallow because I'm so hung up on hormones which come and go, and not things that matter.
