Kaiken Phrase Anime sucked, it really did. And it had nothing to do with the original manga. The main character isn't even in the anime. The manga is about a girl and her becoming a part of Sakuya's world. And he's so sweet it's amazing.

Read the manga.

Don't give up on it because of the shitty anime.
