I have to say, as a man I find the occasional fetishization of phimosis in porn manga to be kind of unpleasant and disturbing. It's a bit like those virginity-loss stories that focus WAY TOO MUCH on how painful and bloody it is to bust one's hymen. (Which, I don't have to tell y'all, isn't even necessarily true.) Phimosis is a really painful condition in some cases, and can require surgery, so when I see it rendered in porn, my reaction is less *squee* than *wince*.
