You're in luck, because it's basically canon.

Get your hands on the Aladdin TV series, episode "Forget Me Lots". Some villain mindwhammies Jasmine into believing she's his daughter, and she promptly starts out-eviling him. It involves dressing all in black and swinging a whip around. And if you have any interest in sword/knifeplay, there's this one fight she gets into with Aladdin...

Wow, I watched that series as a kid and I keep hearing about these episodes I never saw. Then again, I think I quit before Mozenrath debuted, and he's apparently the best part. Gonna watch this episode, at least.

Man, the Aladdin show as a whole was great. Slightly cracky, but still great.
