In this case, it's a boy who looks like a girl. The idea is that some straight guys will be attracted to him. If they have sex and the straight guy realizes that he's a boy, he's been "trapped".

My opinion on it, fwiw - I think there are pretty obvious negative connotations here. If this happened IRL the "trap" would probably then be beaten to death and the media will talk about how it was his fault.

Any cis gay man that dresses up like a woman to trick straight men into having sex with him pretty much deserves all the hate he can get. It's a terrible thing to do.
