I really like Hook as a character. And I like that the show does redemption arcs (though the whitewashing of past actions is annoying at times). However, I really don't like the Hook/Emma angle. It doesn't work, they don't have chemistry, it makes her look bad, and it doesn't fit him. Its making me not want to watch the scenes with them together because they are forcing this romance that I really dislike.
