It's dynamic. Veeerry dynamic and sort of stressful too, even more when you're the current noob at the kitchen. The Head Chef are always divas, too, and ours is no exception, but he went on vacation and I got taken in by the sous-chef, who's made of patience. All in all, I seriously can't remember the last time I had felt so accomplished. Nor the last time I had felt so tired I was actually in pain, either, ahaha.
