I couldn't stand Buffy. I was constantly in a place of, yep your life sucks, but life sucks all over. There's a job that needs doing and you're the one who can do it. (I usually like heroes who do what's right...because its right. Less complaining or revenge or whatevs is popular in heroes these days. Hero's journey is one thing but hers WOULD NOT PROGRESS it seemed.)

Oh god, mte. I couldn't stand her whining or how selfish she could be. To add onto that, I couldn't stand Willow. Everybody loves her, but I couldn't stand her in the later seasons. Her treatment of Tara and her manipulative ways turned me off.

I liked and hated her in waves (it depended on the season for the most part).

Yeah, it varied a bit, and I wasn't entirely unsympathetic to her...but the running away to LA without even telling anyone she was alive thing, that pretty much killed it. No more sympathy, just grargh.
