Re: Stuff you love with fandoms you hate

Doctor Who, ESPECIALLY Classic Doctor Who. The sheer level of snottiness and negativity in the Classic fandom, even the stuff that came years before New Who was a twinkle in RTD's eye, is utterly mind boggling. They invented the "Worst Episode Ever" mindset before the Simpsons did.

Avatar the Last Airbender, although I'm not sure how brightly my memory has colored it in the last few years (I'm not into Korra at all.)

Buffy the Vampire Slayer, for the most part, although I'm not sure how good a perspective I have -- I entered the fandom several years late.
