I've since seen the show, but I WAS in love with Violet Crawley long before I had ever seen a single episode of Downton Abbey, from the tumblr gifs.

Yeah, she's like 50% of why I watch Downton Abbey. The other 45% is Mary Crawley, Hughes and Carson. 5% is the plot.

I watched the first episode and couldn't get into it. Maggie Smith is pretty much my favorite actress, though, and I love the VIolet Crawley gif sets.
