I'm also a librarian who's big into manga too, so I actually feel happy when someone wants to read those too (I'm too shy though, so I usually don't say anything even if I'd like to squee with patrons too)

Besides, we librarians have the honor code to give patrons the book they want/need, regardless of the subject, and even if I were to judge someone for their choices, it'd be unprofessional of me to say anything (which again, I don't; manga it's a pretty tame subject, believe me, I've seen waay woerse).
