Rape-y? No. How on earth is it rape-y? Rape is forcing someone to have sex with you without their consent. Rape-y stuff is something with a sentiment that you'd like to rape someone.

That's totally creepy and dickish, for sure, and a big NOPE, especially if he's taking pictures of it rather than just peeking (although just peeking would be dickish too). But rape-y? No. And don't throw that word around lightly, it's been devalued enough as it is.
