Oh my, Thief looks so friggin good.
Anyone willing so send me enough money to buy a new XBOX and a copy of Thief? I'm willing to do an awful lot of things I'm not going to be proud of in order to earn it.

You reminded me that I should check out reviews, so I did. They aren't so great. Granted, reviews aren't everything, but I'm not sure I want the game enough to fork out $60 right now; I think I'll wait.

Maybe I should play Dishonored again...

(I forget, did you play Dishonored? If you didn't you def should.)

Eek...yeah, the reviews aren't very great. And considering that AAA games usually have the production power to warrant at least 75s on most scales, a 69 on Metacritic is really...not heartening. That's unfortunate because I love non-shooter stealth games.

I haven't played all that many, but the ones I have I've adored. And the concept is incredibly satisfying but if isn't decently executed then it definietly isn't worth full price. Games are fucking expensive.

That's very true, too; I expected at least a 70 or 75 so 50s and 60s are disappointing.
