I guess so, and I'll know that for the future now. maybe my hopes were just too high as a small-town kid from a small state. I never thought I would get to possibly be a part of ellen's show (even just as some kid screaming in the crowd).

If you ever get out to California you should try getting tickets to her show, you have to be around at the right time but most of those shows offer free tickets and it's typically much more enjoyable when they are in studio and know what they're doing. I believe Ellen films in Burbank too, which means you won't get exposed to any horrible weather while you are waiting.

In my experience regular tapings are more enjoyable and go much smoother then events where they visit your town. So if you're ever looking to visit Southern California, look it up! You can even build a trip around a taping if you really want, I've done that before with friends.
