Problem is that bit of info can be used against you big time.

So you really shouldn't tell, unless you're a 110 percent sure someone will have you back and not rat on you.

No. The problem is that that bit of info can lead to people getting hurt or dead.

Yes, there are awful (or simply very tragically misinformed) people out there who will use a person's mental health against them. But encouraging someone to let themselves or others come to harm really isnt much better.

I didn't care about the future plans when I was suicidal. I did care about not succeeding the first time around and getting committed or becoming disabled. Which is not so much a plan, it's a possible consequence if shit goes wrong.

Oh, but killing yourself rather than submitting to the evils of psychiatric help is so ~poetic~

Congratulations anon, your advice would have probably been the final push that got me to kill myself years ago. Sorry you got here too late to save me from the ~wretched doctors~ who ~helped save my life~. That must tear you up inside.
