I like Gus's teeny Toyota Yaris, from Psych, best. :) But I also remember that back when I was little, used to want a Delorean just because of Back to the Future.

Old, but stylish: The Saint's white Volvo. And I second the Delorean, although Back to the Future made it look much cooler than it actually is.

Plus most of the Transformers, really.

I still love the Delorean best. Also Bessie the antique yellow car that the Third Doctor cheated on the TARDIS with drove while stuck on Earth.

The batmobile. duh.
On the other end of the scale, Harry Dresden's "Blue" beetle has a certain clunky charm.
Finally, pretty much all the vehicles from the anime Redline (it's like whacky races on bathsalts. watch it if you haven't.)

All of these! Although I'm weird and actually liked Hutch's puke-colored piece-of-shit car full of trash whose horn would go off at full blast whenever he opened the door.
