I do! I mean, in some aspects it's kinda shitty (like it's got its share of sexism and racism, and we could use more dynamism economically), but I think it's a pretty ok country all things considered, and we have pretty badass things, like, idk, the Concorde (though we share it with the UK), la Marseillaise, lots and lots of revolutions, the Arianne spacerocket, the TGV, the Milau viaduct...
All in all, I'm pretty happy to live in this country.

They do! They're not as popular anymore, but I know a lot of people (university students mostly) who smoke them specifically because of their past popularity. Mostly it's just 'the past was awesome and therefore these smokes are awesome'.
I grew up in a little village in the North East (here's a picture of it I found on google), and I currently live in Bordeaux! It's known as the city of wine and also as the one city which is classified as a world heritage site by the UNESCO. It's very beautiful and it got a big spark in dynamism in recent years, with brand new streetcars and ecological buildings.
The old port is indeed very pretty, even though it smells very strongly of fish. Unfortunately the rest of the city has a pretty bad reputation (due to crime) so it somewhat tarnishes the beauty of it.

omg stop making me blush idek how im awesome i just babble aimlessly and sometimes someone likes it

How did you think up your username?

Also, is Les Mis (book, movie, or musical) popular in France? I've always wondered that.

I had just seen a movie called Rubber and it was so ridiculous that I spat tea all over my laptop, twice.

The book is not, really. I mean, there's the fact that it is huge, and then there's the writing that's a bit outdated and hard to get into nowadays. Also Victor Hugo is more famous for his poems than for his novels here. The musical and the movie are a lot more popular, and a lot of people can recognise the most famous songs, especially the original French versions of Do You Hear the People Sing, I Dreamed a Dream and Little People.

What's your favorite work of visual art?

Aw, I'm late, sorry!
Well, I'm no expert in visual arts, but I really like portraits of women. My favourite include this one by Delacroix and these two by Renoir.
