Re: are my legs weird or am i being paranoid

If i go out and walk quickly or for longer than usual (walking around a neighborhood or zoo or something) or am walking in chilly air, my legs get flushed like that, and also a bit itchy. Personally, i always put it down to me moving = better circulation = little capillaries and whatnot pumping full of blood and all my muscles and skin getting more blood-flow than they normally do when just sitting.

Re - iron. I've been anemic all my life, so who knows, maybe it's a factor. You can try a tincture if regular iron supplements bother your stomach (they mostly bother everyone). http://herblore.com/products/iron-tonic-tincture This is one i'm getting, myself. It's a tincture (dissolved in alcohol) of dandelion root, yellow dock, and nettle. It's something recommend to pregnant women and it helps with the whole constipation thing.

Take it with oj (vitamin c helps you to absorb iron) and leave off any milk/dairy for a couple hours (calcium inhibits your ability to absorb iron).

You're not weird! It's okay. :)
