Poor circulation won't kill you overnight, but it's not great. It means your extremities aren't getting the blood they need, and they're also not getting all the stuff blood carries-- such as oxygen. In diabetics, tingling/numbness in the feet is very common. It leads to tissue damage and in extreme cases, requires amputation.

The problem is that nobody here can tell you for sure it's serious or not serious. Symptoms like this are general and can apply to a lot of medical issues. It could be nothing... or it could be something that needs dealing with right away. You won't know unless you see a doctor and rule out all the serious stuff.
