Any idea why?

OP

I don't know why. I watched the first season with no problem, I didn't like the second season so I stopped watching it with my sister, I caught a few episodes here and there in the third season (the Greyjoy torture stuff, the Red Wedding stuff) and I found the violence nauseating. I stopped watching it because it's obviously too violent for me but still, seeing random pictures or hearing it mentioned makes me physically ill.

God, the torture scenes. Yeah, I'm a RVT, and regularly scrub in on surgeries, so I think I have a strong stomach for that sort of thing, nope. I could not handle those.

The Red Wedding just made me sad, and angry, bc how dare they kill the wolf.

I understand, nonnie. I watched "28 Days Later" and have felt sick at the thought of any zombie show or movie ever since, unless it's full-on comedy. Even then "Shaun of the Dead" was pretty uncomfortable to hear about.
