Medical Advice
My doctor isn't open on the weekend, so I have to weight until tomorrow to go. But its reached the point where I'm not even sure I could walk to the subway to get to my doctor.
Any suggestions?

Re: Medical Advice
and Noodles, of courseAlthough actually an anon above covered just about everything I could say about this already:
Like, jumping or running? You could have jammed it, bruised a bone, or even fractured the heel bone. There's also plantar fasciitis, tarsal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, or even arthritis - all fairly common.
Pain with torsion from the mid arch sounds to me like a fracture, but OP would need imaging to be sure.
Re: Medical Advice
As for trying to move on it, don't put it in a shoe when you go out. Try to use things as a crutch, or if you don't have anything suitable and you really must take the subway enlist someone's help to get you there.
I hope everything works out.
