I just remembered the Doctor Who version of Fandom Secrets. I can't even remember the name of it now but that place is rife for DW secrets!

It was who_secrets, at least on LJ.

who_secrets hasn't been around since the very beginning of the Moffat era. It was modded by pc_handy, who was awesome and used to be a who_anon regular (also RIP who_anon ;____;) and I guess moved on to bigger and better things.
