Star Wars.

I can't even watch the originals anymore, let alone the one movie I really loved once (TPM). I'm sick of geeks rehashing every line, scene, and spinoff meme endlessly, and I'm sick of non-geeks trying to bond with me over how they totally like Star Wars too just like geeks do.

Are you purposely looking for forums where people do this? I'm a huge Star Wars fan myself, but I would never mention it to anyone unless the subject came up or if they asked me. I've personally only encountered three strangers my entire life who I've discussed it with out in public. Then again, I live in a place where it's not really into Star Wars.

Maybe take a break from it for a bit? Sometimes breaks will allow you to get back into your fandom again.
