I like to think I'd be good at gathering people together based on their abilities and strengths in order to form a cohesive unit capable of surviving for an indeterminate length of time.

But that sounds incredibly arrogant, so I'd probably hang around until I saw something I could be useful at/in (I have a lot of trivial abilities and knowledge, for our era). I wouldn't want people to think I'm trying to run the place when I just want to be helpful and get through another day.
