Yes, both are pandering, but not the same kind of pandering. So it makes senese that some who is familiar with otaku pandering doesn't feel comfortable with western pandering.

What the hell are you going on? Where did I imply that? For gods sake reread my comments, I'm just trying to give an explanation to why OP dislike the show. If you want my opinion, both otaku pandering and the pandering in Space Dandy are cancer (oh look boobs!!! hehehe boobs boobs more boobs again).
