Re: Ideal tv show length

Usually three seasons (assuming ~20 episodes per season), but some rare shows have managed to keep me interested for five.

After the main story is over, the show should end like planned instead of churning out new seasons just because people are still watching. Babylon 5 and SPN, I'm looking at you.
