I don't have a lot, but here's a couple of mine:

Gale/Katniss/Peeta - Hunger Games - I really don't understand why she had to choose between the two (or have Suzanne Collins make the choice for her, so to speak) when she could have had both and I think been WAY better off for having them both. And I wonder if I'm the only one who feels this way. (But it's only for book-verse, in movie-verse, I'm totally a Gale supporter.)

Parker/Hardison/Elliot - Leverage - This is a friend OTP, actually. I really wanted these three to be the sibling-friends to Sophie and Nate's parent-romance, though I did end up warming to Parker/Hardison. Still, there's a part of me that will always want them to have remained friends.

Annnnnd, that's all I can think of.

You're the only other person I've ever met who mentioned Katniss/Gale/Peeta as an OT3, and not just be Gale v. Peeta. That makes me so happy (I'm the other K/G/P namer from up thread). Just had to say hi.
