I think they mean phlegmatic in the sense of relating to the "Four Humors", basically the medieval archetypes of personality/temperament.

Well, that's the thing: I'm rarely sick. And when I am, I don't puke. I just don't.

Gotcha. That's pretty cool. Vomiting is not pleasant.

I get sick occasionally (like once every two years, ish) and puke some of those times, not all of them. I have never puked because of an emotional reaction (though I do cry/yell more often than I'd like to admit.

Well, I'm not tough at all physically, so I guess having some psychological toughness balances things out
