Censoring swear words with asterisks, either replace like [dang] or just write out the real thing. You're not fooling anyone with those asterisks, you're just making it harder to read.

Yeah I hate that. Especially when it is not that serious of a word like damn or hell. OR if they are talking about how they hate the word f*** or something.

I will personally also note people who use "G-d". Why do you even have to say "God" anyway? Couldn't you come up with something else?

Of course this is coming from someone who grew up with the "Do not take God's name in vain" thing, so I never say "God" and an exclamation. I can come up with plenty of other things.

Especially in fanfic. Why can't they just say "[Character] swore"?
