Most doctors don't care at all about their patients and just want more and more money...my girlfriend had a really bad ulcer and they just kept saying that wasn't what it was, it was in her head, one even said that she was just *constipated* (wtf) until she finally found that one person that believed her. I'm not the OP either, but seconding Princess Tutu recommendation. It's very unique, the plot and characters are awesome, and it's rich with references to various ballets/operas, other stories, and it's just wonderfully put together.
