Sweet Blue Flowers is my favorite yuri and it makes my heart ache that no one I know has read it. AND BLUE~ ♥

Though I do love Utena and am open to Marimite/Simoun, I wish the others would get more love.

I'm always trying to look for good yuri, but have no idea of where to start beyond Utena *fails at finding out stuff* is Sweet Blue Flowers manga, anime, or both? And what other stuff is awesome?

Forgive me for butting in, but you can check this (http://kotonoha.monkey-pirate.com/ongoing-series/double-house/) out if it may be to your liking. Kotonoha has a bunch of really good series (mostly seinen though) that people shouldn't miss.

If you want, I could try uploading Helter Skelter once I have the time; the focus isn't really on the yuri though, but more on the characters' descent to deterioration and despair.

And I've been meaning to ask someone, who're your favorite characters from Sweet Blue Flowers?

I know, especially for me since I don't like reading manga in batches. From your recommendations from Lilicious, by the way, I am reminded of the fact that I have only read a few of their scanlations, which, I know, should be remedied like whoa. One day, Professor Moriarty, one day. XD

I've only read the first few chapters of Sweet Blue Flowers, so I can't really tell if I have any favorites for now, but I'm definitely liking Akira; there's just something very honest, refreshing, and endearing about her. I should probably read the rest of the chapters, huh; I've been hearing a lot of positive things for this manga.

Heh, I would like to but I mostly only lurk around LJ. I'd create an account but I'm just far too lazy to do that now. :D
