To be fair, it's a promo pic, so it's very definitely posed and has probably been re-shot a few dozen times. They're a lot more dynamic in the actual show, though there are definite reasons to dislike the pairing.

Bo/Tamsin is my Bo ship of choice because I cannot stand Bo/Dyson or Bo/Lauren. They're both such blaaaaaa pairings.

Dyson is at the bottom of the list of potential beaus for Bo, for me. I won't spoil anything for you, but if you want to see them together, giving the show a watch would probably work for you.

I love Kenzi to pieces, but Bo/Lauren ... meh. (Only watched the first two seasons though, and then we sort of lost interest.)

What I really really want (please, dear yulegoat, pleasepleaseplease) is crossover fic with Orphan Black. Just give me 5K of Kenzi and Fee in a laundromat folding socks and talking and I would explode with gleefulness.

Hey, I saw one of those women at a convention! I had no idea who she was, besides "plays a lesbian in this show." I think... Bo? Maybe? But I ended up watching her panel, and she was hilarious. Very down to earth. She made me want to watch the show, but I never got around to it.

I think it was probably Lauren. She's the one that seems to do the con stuff (along with the actress that plays Kenzi and the actor that plays Dyson)

I'm still hoping for Kenzi to realize how perfect she and Bo are and start dating.

(Also I love Lost Girl but I wish that I could describe it in a way that didn't make it sound silly and porny, when it's actually pretty interesting with the faerie politics and stuff)

Am I the only person who doesn't want Bo in any monogamous relationship? I think she's hottest when she succubussing random folks up and having sexy times (the three-way in the first season?? Scorching). When she gets "serious" romantically it bores me. Lots of really good friends, fuck-buddies, and one-nighters as far as I'm concerned.

I really wanted to like Lauren, but she just got more annoying and bland and "hey look everyone I'm a huge nerd!11" with every episode. What really killed it for me was Nadia though.

Kenzi and Bo have an awesome friendship. They're my favourite part of the show.

I like Kenzi and Dyson as friends.

I think Bo and Tamsin could work as a couple. They have good chemistry, and Tamsin seems secure enough to let Bo get on with what she needs to do.

I just want them to stop writing monogamous!Bo when it's doomed to fail.

I am also just here for the Bo and Kenzi BFFness. And Kenzi period, if I'm to be honest. I just watch the seasons when they're posted on Netflix, so I haven't seen any of the current season yet.

As far as Lauren goes, I finally decided I do like her as long as she's not with Bo. But she and Bo are just so bad for each other. Lauren needs a partner who can be monogamous, and Bo is never going to be that. And Lauren can't help that she wants Bo to be monogamous in spite of the fact that it's not good for Bo, and Bo feels guilty that she can't be what Lauren needs. It's just a destructive cycle. They're both better characters when they're not together.

But I'm sure that's not a popular opinion since I know Doccubus is the big ship in the fandom.

jesus christ, i could have made this secret myself. i have never felt so justified in hating a character than when i got spoiled for lauren having had a girlfriend in a coma the whole time she was manipulating bo on behalf of the ash.

Same here! It feels like betrayal to not ship one of the few canon femslash ships on TV, but... It's just so... meeeeeh.

I have to admit I like Lauren better since she's started doing stuff and shown a genuinely dark side and interesting past, instead of just being nerdy and neurotic and boring all the time, but she's still far from my favourite.

Though I kind of like Bo/Dyson/Lauren, because seeing them tentatively ease into a poly relationship recently (after they both started out so jealous) has been fun. (One more reason to hate the Bo/Rainer relationship -- is there anyone at all who enjoys that one?)

I most love Bo/Tamsin as a relationship (because it's less domestic and never boring), followed closely by Bo/Dyson (because I love het ships where the characters are friends first and lovers second, which is sadly rare on TV), but the Bo&Kenzi friendship is my absolute favourite part of the show. <3 (I'm not sure whether or not I'd like it more or less if it wasn't platonic. On the one hand, they have hands down the most chemistry, on the other, it's kind of nice to see a (literal, heh) sex fiend having a platonic friend without it being weird. As a bisexual woman, I have to say, that feels like something rare and precious, because of the (stupid) general view that people who could theoretically have sex can't be friends, so everyone is kind of awkward around you.)
