Is that the sniper dude? That's one of my favorite Ezri stories from her standpoint, but that plot was kind of a mess (as per usual for S7). :\

I hated it from a writing standpoint because they set up her character like she was gonna be a big deal and she was really cute with Kira, otp and then you don't see her for a long time and then oh hey she's a different actress aaaaand we're just gonna conveniently get rid of her. She got ripped off.
