I think Teyla and Ronon, both by virtue of being the people that they are and having lived with the threat of the wraith, would find a way to get over any hurt feelings in the event of a break-up and keep being friends with each other or John.

John's a little tougher, but I think if the other party was willing to be friends, he would go along with it (he might be really passive aggressive for a while, though).

But if it doesn't work for you, it doesn't.
