CCleaner might help you with that. It's a lot more thorough than default programs in managing clutter. You can use it to delete temporary files, clean up your registry, and it has one section that lets you see and disable any unnecessary (it doesn't show critical things) programs that are set to start up when you boot the computer, which contributes a lot to your boot time.

But because it's so thorough, be careful what you have it set to do. If you use it, the default settings should be fine (I recommend you don't let it clean out your browsers, it'll delete all your cookies), and always use the option to back up your registry before you clean it. Good luck!

I will try it! But I think I got Firefox set so it deletes my cookies after I close the window anyways. :P
