I've lived in both places relatively recently, so ask away, I guess.

New Jersey isn't the shithole everyone makes it out to be, first off. Most of the cast of the Jersey Shore isn't actually from New Jersey. But yeah, I know some of the Housewives of New Jersey and they are that terrible.

I met one when I was a kid (way before they were famous). They live nearby so everyone knows of them. Would they recognize me? No. But one of my friends from high school is their niece so she's been on the show babysitting the kids.

I spent four years in Columbia. But I've visited all around. Downtown Greenville is super pretty!! I went there last spring for a minor league baseball game.

I grew up near Greenville. Well between Greenville and Spartanburg. I went to college in Columbia!

That's why I lived in Columbia, I went to school there too. My roommate freshmen year was from Greer, so I ended up making a lot of friends from the Greenville area.
