I haven't set foot in the Sue-infested fandom in ages, and the few fics I have marked reflect that, but they're all about canon characters, I still like how they were written, and only one of them is Tsume/Toboe, so here you go: Solitude (Tsume-centric), Sky-Gazer (Cher/Hubb), Fallen (Jagara/Darcia, and my favorite), Doesn't Even Matter (Blue/Hige), and Chasing Rabbits (Tsume/Toboe).

And hell, might as well self-rec: Mood Indigo (Blue-centric), and Heaven's Not Enough (Hige/Blue).

Poor, poor Wolf's Rain, you had such fucking promise fandomwise but all you got was tons of fanart/fic of self inserts and barely any of the canon characters. You deserved so much better. I guess the combination of wolves and bishounen drew all the mary sue authors in.

Anway, thank you so much for the recs! I'm going give them a read now!! I'm on my phone so I can't leave any reviews on your fic atm. I will try to remember to when I get on my comp. Btw, this is that Naruto anon. It's been pretty rough lately so I've not had a chance to think of a username for here/tumblr so we could chat.

Great to hear from you, Naruto-anon, I'd been wondering where you got to! I hope you're feeling better. Ugh, yeah, I will never begin to understand what went wrong there. I swear 90% of the WR's fanfic writers had no idea there was any kind of story behind all the pretty colors.

I hope you enjoy the fic! And while of course I'd appreciate a review or ten, haha, don't feel obligated. ^^

Ah, I'm sorry for the silence. Last month was absolutely terrible and the beginning of this month isn't much better. Due to family stuff, I've not had much time for anything online and I might not be on as often as I'd like for a while yet. I've not forgotten to contact you. I've just not had the chance.
There was quite an interesting world and mythos in Wolf's Rain. It is a shame that it got overlooked for the wolves.

I don't feel obligated to review or anything like that. I'd love to just let you know that I enjoyed your fics especially since you were so kind to rec them. Hopefully I can whenever I get the chance. Right now though, I'm going head to bed. I'd love to chat more but I'm beat. Long day. Hope you have a good night!
