TDKR is the only thing of Miller's I've tried to read and my reaction was pretty much "WTF is this?!?" I've always assumed he had other stuff that was better and I wanted to find it so I could understand why he's popular, but I was afraid to start randomly trying things (the one comics-loving friend I had at the time I read TDKR was the person who recommended it to me and wouldn't shut up about how awesome it was, so I couldn't trust his judgement). At least now I have something to try to look for one of these days. Thanks OP!
