In Virtue's Last Reward, there are several points where you have the option of allying with people or betraying them, and you have to do about equal amounts of allying and betraying to finish the game. I had SO MUCH TROUBLE betraying anyone on my first playthrough. When I finally had to in order to progress, I cringed every time people got mad at the player character for it.

I would last about ten seconds if I ever actually had to play an Ambidex Nonary game.
