That's a fair point, although I will say in its defense, if she is supposed to be game!Misty we don't really have a canon age there. Her design post-three-year timeskip looks older than 13 to me.

what? those are like a cups, maybe small b cups at most. those are not "big breasts" in the slightest.

Usually ten-year-plds don't have breasts at all. They might be developing some breast fat, but typically, it's not really even as visible as an a-cup.
