(Anonymous) 2007-11-12 07:15 am (UTC)(link)XD;; I hate it when people talk about characters/themselves in the context of a mental disorder, honestly, but when I look at Light, I see a sociopath. When you compare his behavior to the textbook cases, he IS a sociopath (which you agree with me on).
This is my secret because I do hate it when people compare themselves to characters to talk about mental disorders; I don't tell people 'I'm like Light', I say 'I have sociopathic tendencies' and explain it VIA Light so they know what I mean (most people thing sociopathic and psychopathic are the same thing). They always tell me I'm not, but, uh ...
Ohgod, this is just going to degenerate into wank anyway. XD;; Basically, I'm diagnosed sociopath, I'm trying to NOT be a sociopath, and I have no idea if it's working. WANK AWAY, MY FRIEND, WANK AWAY.
