I think Dean and Sam would try to kill the HP characters for being witches. :( And they'd all try to kill the Twilight people.

Buffy would show the Winchesters how preventing an apocalypse was really done. Willow would show Hermoine how to truly be a badass witch. And then Buffy would stalk Edward and Bella for funsies.
