Nah. Smaug and Khan would fight each other to the death while Sherlock sits smugly on the sidelines and waits for a chance to stand over the weakened victor and point out how stupid they were.

Whether this then results in him getting eaten/shot depends on how much damage the other two did to each other before they were through.
