I personally found the fact that the trolls were completely putting down Anna's feelings and desires and didn't care that she was engaged because of ~omg troo loev~. (As if her NOT wanting to marry the asshole who chided and basically called her an idiot earlier in the film for wanting to marry someone else she just met made her a "fixer upper" augh I just hate the entire thing).

I hated that very much, yes. There's also a stereotype in there where a guy can be full of flaws but the girl has to be flawless that they were unknowingly supporting that made me uncomfortable.

I thought it was more of family trying to set Kristioff up? At least he seemed to be embarrassed by all that, like someone, whos family'd gush about 'how awesome our child is' and 'you'd be a cute pair'.

O disliked more the moment where he told her to get her feet off his snowsledge. The next thing they'd show would be a that time version of soccer and he'd be a fan. Very stereotypical.

And I didn't like how she went from one (evil) bf to another bf straight away. Thought they seem to have fun together.

They were trying to set him up. It was just multiple things at once. I doubt Disney was aware of all the implications of that scene, so I mostly just let it slide because it's not completely obvious. It just still makes me really uncomfortable.

I don't remember that part at all. Could you please explain?

Eh, I have an issue with the whole plot so I'm right there with you.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy that part. I think I just thought it was boring.)

Ahaa! Here it is. At the very few moments. Kristoff says "it's a fresh lacquir".

Did Elsa actually call her an idiot for it, or did she just say it's too quick and she refused to approve it?

Personally I can give Elsa a bit of leeway on it because, as disconnected as they may have been, she and Anna are sisters, while Kristoff is a total stranger. Family can get away with being a bit more critical than an outsider can, plus Elsa, at that point, is Anna's legal guardian.

Kristoff didn't call her an idiot either, he just thought it was wrong she was marrying someone she didn't know anything about.
