Means they were born with a vagina and coded as female by doctors/parents, regardless of their personal identification now.

Usually used by transmen, although sometimes it's just used a descriptor to avoid the SJW wank train of trying to label something as "women's issues" and getting bombarded with "not every woman has a vagina!"

If you hadn't translated that I would have assumed it meant 'had both sexes at birth, was corrected ('assigned') as female after a decision by the doctors/parents'.

From the pictures and the labels, I'd guess she's: Born female. Got it into her head she's totally transgender and had her brests removed. Changed her mind and wants to be called by female pronouns now.
