Men who are not hyper-masculine. I wouldn't go so far as to say "androgynous" but maybe a little close to that end of the scale than "super dudebro"? I haven't given it that much specific thought.

Not too tall, thin, lean muscle is nice but not too much, not too much hair, facial hair minimal or absent (depends on the guy - some guys do stubble/goatee better than others), no real opinion about hair on head (nothing really puts me off unless it's badly cared for - dandruff and greasiness are gross). Pretty eyes are awesome.

Personality: Loyalty and honesty are incredibly attractive characteristics. A willingness to be vulnerable, be emotional, and not be insecure that those things are threatening his masculinity. Also someone who isn't threatened by me being assertive or being a leader-type. Common interests/nerdiness. Arrogance, insensitivity, and aggressiveness are instant turn-offs.

ETA: interestingly, this seems to be more unusual than I would have thought - I really, really am not into men who are older than me (like, more than a year or maaaaybe two older than me).
