Re: What non-canon slash pairings do you think are almost-canon?

Mine as well! I liked Heero/Duo, too, but not as strongly because of Relena (in the sense that I can see Quatre/Trowa as actually canon but not Heero/Duo). Though I heard that apparently the creators flat out said they meant no romance at all in canon, including Heero/Relena... so, there's that.

Iirc, they said that while they didn't mean for there to be any romance, they could see Heero/Relena happening down the line. And considering all the spinoff manga and even the anine series itself, I'd say that there were quite a few Heero/Relena fans on the staff.
